Dear ICUFN 2021 authors,
Due to the recent announcement of Level 4 social distancing restrictions by the Jeju provincial government, ICUFN 2021 will shift to online conference from August 18, 2021. On August 17, 2021, it is possible to participate online or on site with the limited number of participants.
Therefore, all the authors are required to present their papers using online presentation format from August 18 to 20, 2021. Please visit the ICUFN 2021 website at icufn.org and click the “On-line Access” button which will be displayed before the conference starts. You can log in with your registration number (Rxxxx) and your registered email address.
Please note that No-Show of scheduled papers (using online presentation format) will result in exclusion from the conference proceedings and IEEE Digital Library
After login, please enter the online session hall (ZOOM) on the day of the ICUFN 2021 conference and proceed with the real-time oral presentation according to the instruction provided by the session chair.
The presentation time is 15 minutes in total (13 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A), and the presentation time may change depending on the number of assigned papers in the session. Presenters will use the ZOOM sharing function to share presentation materials or papers and conduct oral presentations. A presenter must stay online and wait for their turn of presentation.
After presentation, Q&A is conducted using the chat function (The questioner may use the chat function to ask a question, and the presenter answers the specified question according to the guidance of the session chair).
If you have any questions on the presentation, please contact dongkyun@knu.ac.kr.
Thank you very much for your understanding and we will do our best to make the virtual conference participation enjoyable.
Best regards,
ICUFN 2021 Organizing Committee & Technical Program Committee
